Application information:

• All prospective tenants (18 or older) must complete an application and pay the application fee.

• Please include the name(s) of any roommates or dependents that will be occupying the rental with you.

• A full credit and background check will be run on each applicant.

• The $40.00 application fee is paid at the end of the online application using a major credit card or bank transfer.

• The application fee is non-refundable!

Our required standards for qualifying to rent a home are:

• ​All properties are offered without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability or familial status.

• We limit the number of occupants to 2 per bedroom. 

• Your gross monthly income must equal three times or more the monthly rent. 

• You must have a favorable credit history. 

• You must be employed and/or be able to furnish acceptable proof of the required income. 

• You must have good housekeeping, payment, and maintenance references from all previous Landlords.

• Compensating factors can include additional requirements such as double deposit and/or a cosigner.

• Tenants are required to carry renters insurance for the full term of the lease.
